Yes! We offer full-service catering for events with 20+ guests. Please visit our Events page to request a custom quote.

We deliver those boards appropriate throughout Mount Desert Island and surrounding off island communities. Delivery fees vary based on distance. An individual must be present to accept the delivery since our boards must be refrigerated if not served immediately. The delivery window will be thirty minutes before and after the requested time. If there is a change in the schedule, we will reach out to you to confirm that the recipient is available. If no one is present to accept the delivery, we will unfortunately not be able to leave it at the door due to quality assurance. Please contact us asap if you have changes in your schedule and we are happy to accommodate.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all orders. For large events, please contact us at least 1-2 weeks ahead.

Our boards are best enjoyed within 30-40 minutes, with peak freshness around 60 minutes if kept at room temperature. If you are serving next day, let us know and we’ll pack the crackers/bread separately for you! That way, they stay crunchy or fresh and your box/board can go in the refrigerator overnight.

Absolutely! While we have signature combinations, we’re happy to accommodate preferences and dietary restrictions when possible. Additional fees for customization may be applied.

All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, and we will be happy to use your store credit for a later date. To cancel, please send us an email at hello@olive-pearl.com and we will issue your store credit. Orders canceled within less than 48 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling or store credit.

Yes, we do our best to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. Please note any allergies when ordering and we’ll work with you to create a safe, delicious board.

Yes! Gift cards are available. Please contact us at hello@olive-pearl.com to purchase a gift card for someone special.

Our grazing tables are custom-made for each event, so you can fill out our inquiry form on the Events tab or send an email to hello@olive-pearl.com so we can learn more about your event and provide a custom quote.

We recommend ordering at least 48-72 hours in advance for standard online orders. For events and large orders (20+ guests), please give us at least one week to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Our boards are best enjoyed within 2-4 hours of delivery for optimal freshness. If you need to refrigerate before serving, remove crackers/bread, and keep covered. When ready to serve, add crackers/bread, and let it come to room temperature for at least 20-30 minutes before enjoying.

Depending on which board you choose, our seafood additions include fresh smoked salmon, lobster bites, crab bites, oysters, and other seasonal selections. Availability varies based on what’s fresh.

Yes, boards come on a beautiful disposable bamboo platter. For event board selections, there is a required deposit, which is refunded upon return. Boxes and cups are yours to keep.

Yes! For events, we offer full set-up and styling services. This includes arranging the display, adding finishing touches, and ensuring everything looks perfect. Setup fees vary based on event size. After the event, arrangements will be made to pick up any ramekins or utensils used for serving.
